Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.

2. Per-Report Purchases

Per-report purchases (£7.90) are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. If you experienced a technical error that prevented you from accessing your report, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

3. Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • A technical error on our side prevented you from accessing the Service
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • The Service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@werocity.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.
