Werocity provides UK property analysis reports using official public data sources including HM Land Registry, EPC Register, Environment Agency, and Planning Portal. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or surveying advice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Per-report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue, please contact support@werocity.com within 48 hours.
All data is sourced from official UK government databases and updated regularly. However, Werocity does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making any property investment decisions.
All content, branding, and software associated with Werocity are the property of MZW Holding SARL AU. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Werocity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
