1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Werocity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Werocity is operated by MZW Holding SARL AU.

2. Description of Service

Werocity provides UK property analysis reports using official public data sources including HM Land Registry, EPC Register, Environment Agency, and Planning Portal. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or surveying advice.

3. Plans and Pricing

Werocity offers the following plans:

Free Discovery: 2 partial reports, without access to full features
Single Report: £24 one-off payment — full access to all features (3D visualisation, planning simulator, EPC, financing calculator) for one property specified at the time of purchase
Pro Monthly: £59/month, unlimited full access, no fixed term
Pro Annual: £499/year (equivalent to £41.58/month), unlimited full access, 12-month term with automatic renewal

No conversion between plans: purchase of a Single Report is a one-off transaction, independent of any subscription. No credit, partial refund, or discount applies if you subsequently subscribe to Pro Monthly or Pro Annual, regardless of how close in time the two purchases occur.

4. Right to Cancel & Digital Content

Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you generally have a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases. Reports and platform access are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once delivery has begun. If you do not provide this consent at checkout, delivery will be delayed until the 14-day period has ended.

5. Cancellation & Renewal of Subscriptions

You may cancel your Pro Monthly subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro Annual renews automatically for successive 12-month periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send you a reminder email ahead of each annual renewal. Single Report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue, please contact support@werocity.com within 48 hours.

6. Data Accuracy

All data is sourced from official UK government databases and updated regularly. However, Werocity does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making any property investment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with Werocity are the property of MZW Holding SARL AU. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Werocity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
